Billing Executive

Job Summary

The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate customer invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment follow-up. The role supports smooth billing operations while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Operations
• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing details with sales, service, and project teams before invoice generation.
• Ensure invoices comply with company policies and customer requirements.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
• Documentation & Coordination - Coordinate with internal departments for billing-related documents.
• Track pending invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain customer billing files and records.
• Payment & Reporting - Assist in payment follow-up and outstanding invoice tracking.
• Generate periodic billing and MIS reports.
• Support month-end billing closure activities.
• Compliance - Ensure compliance with GST and company billing procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

B.Com / BBA / M.Com or any Commerce-related degree.

Experience: 0–3 years in billing, invoicing, or accounts (Freshers may also apply).
