Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive with hands-on experience in Tally. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day billing operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting basic accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage daily invoices and billing activities
• Perform data entry and maintain accounts in Tally
• Handle cash transactions and basic accounting coordination
• Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and expenses
• Assist in stock-related billing and documentation
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and billing
• Ensure all billing and accounting entries are updated on time

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Billing Executive or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently
• Basic communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or textile shop billing
• Familiarity with GST billing and invoices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
