📢 VACANCY: BILLING EXECUTIVE

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare quotations, RFQs and follow up with customers.
• Handle monthly and one-off job billing and invoicing.
• Verify MR, DO, Job Sheets and supporting documents before billing.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on customer payments.
• Prepare Official Receipts (OR) and maintain payment records.
• Maintain accurate EDR, quotation, invoice and debtor records.
• Coordinate with Operations, Site, Accounts and Finance teams.
• Handle customer enquiries related to quotation, billing and payment.
• Prepare billing, quotation and outstanding payment reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in billing / invoicing.
• ⭐ MANDARIN FLUENCY IS COMPULSORY – able to speak and write Mandarin fluently.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in quotation, billing, invoicing and payment collection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SQL Accounting or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, heavy lifting or equipment rental is an added advantage.
