Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage patient billing processes efficiently and accurately. The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, handling payments, and ensuring compliance with hospital billing standards and insurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate patient bills for inpatient and outpatient services
• Verify billing data, including treatments, medications, and procedures
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments for accurate billing information
• Handle insurance claims, approvals, and reimbursement processes
• Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up on pending payments
• Maintain billing records and update systems regularly
• Resolve billing discrepancies and patient queries professionally
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare billing regulations
• Assist in audits and financial reporting related to billing

Qualifications:

• Any degree

Experience:

• 0–3 years preferred (Freshers can apply)

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type:
