Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage billing operations, generate accurate invoices, maintain billing records, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing data, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Maintain billing records and update customer account information.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax regulations.
• Handle customer queries related to invoices and billing.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of billing/accounts experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing procedures is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per week
