Billing & Cash Handling – Quarry

• Prepare customer bills based on weighbridge slips, quantity, and approved rates.
• Handle cash, UPI, bank payments, receipts, and petty cash.
• Maintain daily billing, cash, sales, and collection records.
• Reconcile cash, sales, and weighbridge/dispatch data.
• Verify transporter bills, vehicle trips, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with Weighbridge, Dispatch, Sales, Production, and Accounts teams.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
• Maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Report billing discrepancies, cash shortages, or excesses to management.
• Ensure proper cash control and compliance with company procedures.

Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
