Billing Executive

Job Summary

The Billing Staff will be responsible for accurate and smooth billing operations, handling customer payments, invoices, and coordinating with the sales and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer bills and invoices accurately using Tally/ERP.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other customer payments.
• Verify product details, quantity, price, discounts, and applicable GST before billing.
• Coordinate with the sales team to complete billing quickly and correctly.
• Handle cancellations, returns, exchanges, and billing corrections as per company policy.
• Maintain daily billing records and cash/collection reports.
• Check and reconcile billing collections with cash, UPI, and card transactions.
• Maintain proper invoice and payment documentation.
• Assist the accounts team with daily reconciliation and reporting.
• Handle customer billing queries politely and professionally.
• Ensure billing counter cleanliness and organized documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information.
• Report billing errors, payment mismatches, or system issues to the concerned manager immediately.
• Support smooth customer checkout and provide a positive final experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and billing software.
• Basic accounting and calculation skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of cash, UPI, and card transactions.
• accuracy and attention to detail.
• Responsible, honest, and punctual.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
