Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices and bills for customer purchases.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Verify product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and taxes before billing.
• Coordinate with the sales team and showroom staff to ensure smooth billing.
• Maintain daily billing records and transaction reports.
• Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and billing.
• Process returns, exchanges, cancellations, and credit notes as per company policy.
• Maintain proper records of cash and digital transactions.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding daily sales and collection reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales orders and invoices.
• Follow up on pending payments, if required.
• Perform other billing and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
