Billing Executive

• Prepare and generate patient bills for consultations, procedures, surgeries, room charges, medicines, diagnostics, and other hospital services.
• Verify patient details, treatment records, doctor charges, and service entries before billing.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment collections and issue receipts.
• Process insurance and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) claims.
• Verify insurance eligibility, policy details, approvals, and patient coverage.
• Prepare and submit pre-authorization and claim documents to insurance companies/TPAs.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, laboratory, accounts, and insurance departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Check discharge bills and ensure all hospital services are correctly included.
• Handle billing corrections, refunds, credit notes, and payment adjustments as per hospital policy.
• Follow up on pending insurance claims and outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate billing records and prepare daily/monthly billing reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Explain bills and payment procedures to patients and their attendants professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and insurance/TPA requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
