Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer bills accurately and on time.
• Generate invoices and receipts using the billing/POS system.
• Collect cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods from customers.
• Verify billing details, prices, discounts, and quantities before completing transactions.
• Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
• Maintain daily sales, billing, and payment records.
• Perform cash reconciliation at the end of the shift/day.
• Coordinate with accounts and other departments regarding billing and payment issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and related records.
• Follow company policies and procedures for billing, cash handling, and customer service.
