Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage billing processes for clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Analyze customer accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing, collections, or SAP system.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in a similar role within the IT services industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP software for managing client billing and accounting tasks.
• Strong understanding of Collections process and ability to analyze financial data effectively.
