Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to handle day-to-day billing activities, invoice preparation, sales entries, and related documentation. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, accuracy in handling financial data, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the sales, purchase, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

* Enter sales invoices, returns, and credit notes in the accounting system.

* Verify product details, quantities, rates, discounts, GST, and other invoice information before billing.

* Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding billing requirements and corrections.

* Maintain proper records of invoices, delivery documents, and related paperwork.

* Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the concerned team.

* Assist in preparing sales and billing-related reports when required.

* Ensure proper documentation and filing of billing records.

* Follow company billing procedures and maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts-related work preferred.

* Experience with Tally Prime will be an advantage.

* Good knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computers.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Experience in lighting, electrical, hardware, or building-materials industry will be an added advantage.
