Experience: 2 - 6 years

Responsibilities

• Manage and process billing for medical services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle patient interactions with professionalism and care, addressing billing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Process insurance claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient billing information and insurance claims.
• Utilize medical coding knowledge to ensure correct billing and insurance claim processing.
• Perform data entry with high accuracy to support financial reporting and patient billing.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless billing operations.
• Provide emergency support in billing-related matters to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Utilize Excel and other software tools for efficient billing process management and financial reporting.
• Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana, India 500032
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
