Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue bills/invoices for all goods dispatched from the warehouse/factory
• Generate purchase orders (PO) and match them against dispatch and delivery details
• Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and GST invoices as per dispatch schedule
• Verify item quantity, rate, and description against the PO before billing
• Coordinate with store, dispatch, and transport teams for timely documentation
• Maintain records of all outward bills, challans, and PO files (physical and digital)
• Resolve billing discrepancies and handle party/customer queries
• Share daily dispatch and billing reports with management
• Other Accounts operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
