🔎 What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the billing cycle, including invoice preparation, issuance, distribution and payment processing.

• Liaise with Sales and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner.

• Establish and maintain billing policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulations.

• Prepare billing reports and perform analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously enhance billing processes.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates/Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Candidates with experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar role will have an added advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage due to frequent communication with Chinese clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with good time management.

• Able to work independently with integrity and a proactive attitude, while also being a team player.
