Billing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end billing process from vendors including invoice validation and pricing management
• Review invoices in system to ensure they are aligned with contract agreements
• Investigate and correct billing issues
• Track Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) status and support BPO issuance process
• Prepare monthly report and publish report to end users in the timely and accurate manner

About you

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in billing processes/system
• Fresh graduates with interest to develop a career in this field are welcome to apply
• Detailed-oriented, analytical and enjoy working with numbers and large set of data
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (i.e VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
• Experience in Power BI and SAP system are added advantage
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
