Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented entry-level Junior Billing Executive to manage invoice generation, data entry, and basic payment tracking. This is an ideal role for fresh commerce graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and verify accurate daily/monthly customer invoices.
• Enter billing data and maintain transaction records in accounting software.
• Assist with payment tracking and basic accounts receivable follow-ups.
• Resolve internal or client billing queries promptly.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong academic records are welcome).
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
• Traits: Strong numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,013.05 - ₹32,639.51 per month
