Billing Executive

Prepare and generate customer invoices for FTL, PTL, Express, and other logistics services.

 Verify LRs, PODs, trip sheets, e-way bills, and other supporting documents before billing.

 Ensure billing is completed accurately as per customer rate contracts, quotations, and agreed tariffs.

 Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

 Maintain daily billing records and ensure timely invoice generation.

 Upload invoices on customer portals wherever required.

 Process debit notes, credit notes, and revised invoices when necessary.

 Follow up for pending PODs and required billing documents.

 Reconcile billed shipments with operational data to avoid revenue leakage.

 Prepare billing MIS reports and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management.

 Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and supporting records.

 Ensure compliance with GST and company billing policies.

 Assist the Accounts team in resolving customer billing queries and invoice reconciliations.
