Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Gandhidham

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in billing and invoice processing. Candidates from CHA (Custom House Agent) firms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

Handle daily billing activities and maintain billing records.

Verify billing data and ensure accuracy before invoice generation.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related queries.

Maintain Excel reports, billing MIS, and reconciliation records.

Ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documents.

Follow up on pending billing documentation, where required.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce or any relevant discipline.

2–4 years of experience in billing and invoice processing.

Experience in a CHA firm is mandatory/preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).

Good knowledge of invoice preparation, documentation, and billing procedures.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Industry: CHA / Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Shipping

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
