Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle day-to-day sales and purchase billing activities, invoice processing, customer account updates, and billing-related documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and MS Office with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices and credit/debit notes.
• Verify billing details, rates, quantities, discounts, GST and customer information.
• Generate accurate invoices through the company billing/ERP system.
• Maintain customer and party account records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Purchase teams for billing requirements.
• Verify purchase bills received from suppliers and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle billing corrections and resolve invoice-related discrepancies.
• Prepare daily billing and transaction reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely completion of daily billing activities.
• Assist the Accounts team with reconciliation and other billing-related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Tally / ERP Billing Software
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution billing will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
