Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process IP, OP, emergency, daycare, and procedure-related bills.
• Verify patient services, investigations, procedures, medicines, consumables, and other charges.
• Handle final billing and discharge billing accurately.
• Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment modes.
• Generate receipts and maintain daily collection records.
• Coordinate with Insurance/TPA teams for cashless and reimbursement cases.
• Verify insurance documents and follow up on approvals and pending queries.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, OT, Front Office, and Accounts departments.
• Handle patient/attendant queries related to billing and payments professionally.
• Process billing corrections, discounts, refunds, and adjustments with proper authorization.
• Maintain accurate billing records and support internal/external audits.
• Reconcile daily billing and collection transactions and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures and maintain patient confidentiality.

Educational Qualification

• Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
• Candidates with B.Com / BBA / Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management qualification will be preferred.
• Candidates with relevant hospital billing experience may also be considered.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in hospital billing preferred.
• Experience in IP billing, OP billing, insurance/TPA billing, and discharge billing will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
