Billing Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle day-to-day billing and invoice-related activities. The candidate should have practical knowledge of billing software, Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales invoices, bills and credit/debit notes.
• Handle daily billing entries and maintain proper records.
• Generate invoices accurately as per sales orders/dispatch details.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch and Warehouse teams for billing-related requirements.
• Verify customer details, rates, quantities, GST and other invoice particulars.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
• Handle GST billing and basic taxation-related entries.
• Reconcile billing data with sales/dispatch records.
• Prepare daily/weekly billing reports in MS Excel.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all billing activities.

Requirements

• Graduate/B.Com preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts/billing operations.
• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing.
• Good numerical and data-entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Should be comfortable working from office at Kirti Nagar.
• Candidates from FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, Distribution or Trading background will be preferred.

Working Location

Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
