Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle day-to-day billing, invoicing, payment records, and related accounting activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, GST invoicing, and basic accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare customer bills and invoices correctly and on time.

Check orders, delivery details, prices, quantities, and taxes before making bills.

Keep billing records and documents properly.

Prepare GST invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

Coordinate with the sales, purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams for any billing issues.

Check pending payments and follow up with customers when needed.

Match invoices with payments and maintain customer account records.

Enter billing details into Tally, Excel, or other billing software.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

Help the accounts team with GST and other accounting work.

Answer and resolve customer questions related to bills and payments.

Keep financial information safe and make sure all billing work is accurate.

Requirements:

Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field preferred.

1–2 years of experience in billing/accounts.
