We are looking for a Billing Executive to help us build up our business activities.

* Billing & Sales Entry:

Accurately enter sales data and prepare invoices.

Maintain proper records of daily sales transactions.

* Purchase Entry:

Enter purchase bills and related data into the system.

Ensure all purchase records are updated and accurate.

* Customer Coordination:

Communicate with customers regarding their product requirements, orders, and follow-ups.

Provide support and address customer queries professionally.

* Documentation & Filing:

Maintain proper documentation of all entries and transactions.

Ensure all data is organized and easily retrievable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchase or inventory management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Tally software, MS Excel, inventory software, and basic computer operations.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

* Experience in similar roles preferred (Minimum 2 years).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
