Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Executive to manage patient billing activities, ensure accurate billing, and facilitate smooth financial transactions while maintaining hospital billing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate patient bills for OPD, IPD, emergency, and other hospital services.
• Verify patient details, consultant charges, investigation charges, pharmacy bills, and procedure charges before billing.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, insurance, TPA, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Explain billing details and payment requirements to patients and their attendants.
• Process refunds, discounts, credit notes, and adjustments as per hospital policies and approval procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain billing records.
• Support insurance and TPA billing processes, where applicable.
• Reconcile daily cash collections and payment transactions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
