Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Executive to manage billing operations, customer transactions, and maintain accurate sales records at our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate customer bills using the billing/POS system.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Verify product details, prices, discounts, and offers before billing.
• Process returns, exchanges, and cancellations as per company policy.
• Maintain daily billing and transaction records.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Store teams regarding billing-related queries.
• Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing daily sales and billing reports.
• Maintain customer and invoice records accurately.
• Follow company policies and billing procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing/POS operations preferred.
• Retail or electronics-store experience will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Candidates should be responsible, accurate, and customer-focused.
