Billing Executive

• Prepare and generate patient bills accurately and timely.
• Verify billing details including investigations, procedures, medicines, and room charges.
• Coordinate with nursing stations, pharmacy, laboratory, and insurance departments for bill clarification.
• Process cash, card, UPI, and insurance-related billing transactions.
• Maintain billing records and documentation properly.
• Handle patient and attendee billing queries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
• Assist in discharge billing and final settlement process.
• Reconcile daily billing collections and submit reports.
• Support audit and accounts team when required.
