Billing Executive

Job Description of Billing Executive:

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Generation: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-invoices based on client orders and contracts.
• Data Entry & Accounting: Record daily financial transactions and manage customer/supplier ledgers using accounting software like Tally ERP / Tally Prime or QuickBooks.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile billing records, monitor accounts receivable, and track outstanding balances or overdue payments.
• Dispute Resolution: Identify and fix billing errors, underpayments, or discrepancies by coordinating with clients and internal teams (Sales, Stores, and Service).
• Compliance: Ensure all invoicing and billing activities comply with company policies and statutory regulations like GST.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, BBA, or M.Com) or a diploma in Accounting.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a billing or accounts role.
• Software Skills: Hands-on experience with accounting platforms like Tally ERP/Prime, QuickBooks, or SAP, plus strong command of MS Excel.
• Core Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, sharp attention to detail, and good verbal communication skills for client coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
