- • Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-invoices accurately and on time. • Data Verification: Check sales orders, quantities, pricing, and customer details before finalizing bills. • Compliance: Ensure all billing processes follow statutory requirements, such as GST and e-invoicing norms. • Customer Support: Handle client or patient inquiries regarding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies promptly. • Department Coordination: Work closely with sales, stores, and internal finance teams to streamline operations.
