Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate sales invoices, bills, and credit notes.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate billing records and update data in ERP/accounting software.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores, and service teams for billing requirements.
• Verify GST details, HSN codes, tax calculations, and invoice accuracy.
• Handle e-invoice and e-way bill generation, wherever applicable.
• Track pending invoices and support accounts receivable follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation and assist during audits.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and basic accounting.
• Basic understanding of GST, HSN codes, and e-invoicing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com or any relevant degree.
• Experience: 1–3 years in billing or accounts operations preferred.
• Experience in IT hardware or IT service billing will be an added advantage.
