About the Role

Vital Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal departments, maintain customer data, and support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer records and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for regular follow-ups.
• Track customer enquiries, requests, and business updates.
• Prepare reports and maintain customer databases.
• Support sales coordination and ensure timely communication.
• Follow up on pending activities and help maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or sales coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Location: Vital Group Head Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
