Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations at our two-wheeler service centre. The candidate will be responsible for preparing service bills, handling customer payments, coordinating with service advisors and technicians, and maintaining accurate billing records.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare customer invoices for two-wheeler servicing, repairs, spare parts, lubricants, and accessories.

* Generate job cards and coordinate with service advisors to ensure accurate billing.

* Verify labour charges, spare parts costs, discounts, and applicable taxes before generating invoices.

* Maintain daily billing records, cash registers, and payment reports.

* Coordinate with the service team and spare parts department to ensure accurate job completion and billing.

* Explain invoices and service charges to customers when required.

* Manage credit bills, warranty claims, insurance-related billing, and other service documentation, as applicable.

* Ensure proper GST invoicing and compliance with company billing procedures.

* Assist in daily cash reconciliation and month-end billing reports.

* Maintain customer records and support timely vehicle delivery by ensuring billing formalities are completed.

* Provide courteous customer service and resolve basic billing-related queries.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
