Billing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle OP billing for consultations, investigations, and procedures.
• Handle IP billing, including admission, daily charges, and final discharge bills.
• Verify patient details, service charges, deposits, and outstanding balances.
• Process cash, card, UPI payments, refunds, and billing corrections.
• Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for pre-authorisation and claim processing.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain billing records.
• Resolve patient billing queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Prepare daily billing and collection reports.
• Follow hospital billing policies and maintain patient confidentiality.

Educational Qualifications:

• Any Degree, Relevant experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of hospital billing software/HIS preferred.
• Good communication and numerical accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
