We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive responsible for maintaining stock records, handling billing and dispatch entries, coordinating with the CRM team for order processing, and ensuring accurate data management through Excel and email communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain daily stock entries in Excel (inward, outward, balance stock).
• Track dispatch quantity vs pending stock and update records accordingly.
• Perform order punching based on CRM team instructions.
• Prepare and process billing entries and invoices.
• Maintain dispatch details, including quantity, date, and transporter information.
• Coordinate with CRM and dispatch teams for order execution.
• Maintain monthly stock, billing, and dispatch reports.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with Excel records.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Maintain proper email communication related to orders, billing, and dispatch.
• Experience in stock management / inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based reporting.
• Familiar with dispatch coordination and order processing.
