Billing Executive

• Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices, delivery challans, or service bills with correct pricing, quantities, and tax calculations. [1, 2, 3]
• Statutory & Compliance Billing: Handle e-invoicing, e-way bills for goods movement, and GST-compliant reporting. [1, 2, 3]
• Payment Processing: Record incoming payments received via cash, checks, credit cards, bank transfers, or online payment gateways. [1, 2]
• Accounts Receivable & Follow-ups: Track outstanding balances, monitor overdue accounts, and proactively contact customers or clients to collect pending payments. [1, 2, 3]
• Dispute & Error Resolution: Investigate and fix billing discrepancies, charge mismatches, or rejected claims. [1, 2, 3]
• Departmental Coordination: Work closely with sales, stores, operations, or customer service teams to verify orders, dispatch details, and contract
