Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations, customer transactions, invoices, cash handling, and sales records at our premium saree showroom. The candidate should have good computer skills, accuracy in calculations, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer bills, invoices, cash memos, and sales receipts using billing software.
• Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain accurate daily sales, billing, and payment records.
• Apply discounts and offers as per company policies.
• Ensure correct product details, quantities, prices, and applicable GST rates in bills.
• Coordinate with the sales team for product codes, barcode scanning, and price verification.
• Assist in barcode generation, product tagging, and stock-related billing entries.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report billing discrepancies to management.
• Maintain records of returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
• Support the accounts team with sales reports, GST invoices, and other billing documents.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Keep the billing counter organised and provide a smooth customer checkout experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; a graduate in Commerce or a related field will be preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, retail operations, or cashiering preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and billing/POS software.
• Basic understanding of GST invoices and retail billing procedures.
• Experience with barcode scanners and inventory software will be an advantage.
