Billing Executive

We are hiring Billing Executive for Our corporate office Located at Ahmedabad

MMIPL is Leading multidisciplinary organization providing various services with the infrastructure & Engineering domain in various sectors namely Water Resources, Water Supply, Wastewater, Environmental Engineering, Survey Investigations and Property Services, Roads and Transportation, OffShore engineering and Urban Services, Technical Audits and Risk Assessment, Forestry Services and Advanced Technologies.

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Company: Multi Mantech International Pvt Ltd

Education: B.com+M.com/M.B.A (Finance) (Only B.com graduate even preferable)

Experience: 0–3 Years or Fresher can apply who have good commanding skill in Advance Excel

*Pay Range:*2.40 LPA- 3.00 LPA

Job Responsibilities :

* Prepare client invoices / RA bills / tax invoices as per work completion and approved measurements.

* Maintain proper billing records, invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.

* Prepare and maintain client-wise, project-wise billing statements.

* Handle bill submission acknowledgments and follow-ups.

* Prepare monthly billing summaries, MIS reports, and pending bills reports.

* Billing Entry in respective software for making accurate report.

Candidate Preference

. Only Ahmedabad based candidate will be preferred.

. Strong in Advance Excel. (Specially formulas, Pivot).
