Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our team at Pharmacopius Drugs Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process sales invoices accurately.
• Handle billing entries and maintain proper billing records.
• Verify product details, quantities, rates, and invoice amounts.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain daily billing reports and related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing activities.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Good numerical and data-entry skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility:

• Any graduate from a recognised university.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior billing experience will be preferred.
