Job Title: Billing Executive
Transport & Logistics Industry Preferred
Location: A62 , H block , MIDC pimpri -411018
Job Description: Billing & Allied Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer billing / invoices for warehouse and logistics services
- Verify GRN, delivery challans, PODs, before billing
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams for billing accuracy
- Maintain records of billing data, invoices, and supporting documents
- Handle allied activities such as data entry, documentation, and MIS reports
- Assist in reconciliation of bills with clients and internal departmentsquired Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Any Graduate
- 1–3 years experience in billing, warehouse, or Tansports &logistics operations (preferred)
- Oracle Must
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP / billing software
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
