Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Commercial Operations Executive to manage sales billing, purchase entries, E-way bill generation, and commercial MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, ERP expertise, and experience in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Purchases: Prepare and process accurate sales invoices, enter purchase data into the ERP system, and ensure correct HSN/SAC codes and tax details.
- E-Way Bills: Generate and manage E-way bills via the portal to support dispatch timelines.
- MIS & Analytics: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly commercial MIS reports; track KPIs; and analyze product margins.
- Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query/Pivot) and Google Sheets to maintain organized, accurate commercial records.
- Process Alignment: Ensure complete documentation, data accuracy, and timely reporting across departments.
