What they need
A Hospital Billing Executive manages patient financial transactions, generates accurate bills for outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) services, and processes payments
Core Responsibilities
- Patient Billing & Invoicing: Register patients, verify demographic and insurance details, and generate accurate bills for consultations, lab tests, room rent, and procedures.
- Payment Collection & Cash Handling: Collect cash, card, UPI, and advance payments, issue proper receipts, and perform daily cash reconciliations.
- Patient Support & Inquiry Handling: Explain package inclusions, itemized charges, and deposit policies to patients and their families politely.
- System & Audit Compliance: Enter data accurately into the Hospital Information System (HIS), maintain financial records, and comply with statutory and hospital audit guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
