Job Description – Billing Executive

Company: George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer invoices and bills.
• Handle vehicle, service, and spare parts billing.
• Verify customer details, pricing, and GST.
• Record payments and maintain billing records.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams.
• Perform daily billing and payment reconciliation.
• Generate billing reports using Excel/software.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of billing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GST and accounting basics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Automobile dealership experience preferred.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
