BILLING EXECUTIVE JEWELLERY Experience: 1–2 Years | Freshers Can Apply

Industry: Jewellery Retail

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle jewellery billing, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
• Prepare customer bills and verify product details, weight, purity, making charges, and discounts.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain daily billing and transaction records.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and inventory teams.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation.
• Handle customer billing queries professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company billing procedures.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in Jewellery Billing/Retail Billing is preferred.
• Freshers with basic accounting/computer knowledge can apply.
• Knowledge of Tally/POS software and MS Excel will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-groomed, responsible, and customer-friendly.
