Job Summary:

ESBEE Realty is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing entries, vendor bills, follow-ups, and related MIS activities. Candidates with strong Excel skills and experience using ERP, Highrise or billing software are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain vendor bills, invoices, and billing records accurately.
• Handle vendor bill booking and coordinate with vendors for pending bills and required documents.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams for billing-related queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain billing data, trackers, and MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure timely updates of entries in ERP or billing software.
• Support bill verification, documentation, and day-to-day billing activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billing, invoice processing, or vendor bill management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with any ERP or billing software is preferred.
• Highrise software experience is an added advantage.
• Real estate or construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
