Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage end-to-end billing operations, including sales order processing, invoicing (domestic/export/high seas/job work), e-invoicing, and documentation for GST compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sales billing, E-way bill generation, and basic accounting adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

·       Sales Purchase Order (P.O.) entry in ERP system [Microsoft Navision] accurately.

·       Preparation of sales invoices for various categories – Regular, Import/ Export,

·       E-Way Bill generation and E-Invoicing for various Divisions , including support for various locations.

·       Handling debit note and credit note entries related to sales.

·       Ensuring correct product selection in sales bills as per FIFO method .

·       Entry of sales orders in the system in absence of designated staff.

·       Creating and maintaining customer master data and product master data

·       Adjustment of advance payments against customer invoices.

·       Support in documentation or activities as instructed by the reporting manager

Skills & Requirements:

·       Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field

·       1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts/sales operations

·       Knowledge of GST , E-invoicing , and E-way bill portals

·       Proficient in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, Microsoft Navision, SAP, Zoho)

·       Strong MS Excel skills for report generation and analysis

·       Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

·       Knowledge of FIFO billing methodology is a plus

Preferred Experience In:

• Manufacturing/Trading industry
• Handling multiple billing types (domestic/export/job work)
• Customer and product master creation in ERP

Compensation:

As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)
