Prepare and submit RA Bills, Client Bills, and Subcontractor Bills as per project progress. Verify BOQ, quantities, measurements, rate analysis, and work orders. Coordinate with Site, QS, Accounts, and Project teams for accurate billing. Prepare Measurement Sheets, DPRs, reconciliation statements, and supporting documents. Track bill certification, approvals, deductions, and payment status. Handle variation claims, extra items, and final billing as required. Maintain proper billing records and ensure compliance with contractual terms. We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive to manage project billing, quantity measurements, client invoices, and commercial documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely submission of bills.
