Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Billing Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, billing, sales invoicing, sales & purchase entries, and day-to-day accounting coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Sales Invoices accurately and on time.
• Make Sales & Purchase Entries in Tally.
• Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and billing transactions.
• Handle day-to-day billing and documentation activities.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / B.Com or any relevant qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Sales Invoicing and Purchase/Sales Entries.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Immediate joiner or candidate with a short notice period will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidate preferred.
• Should be detail-oriented and responsible.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be highly preferred.
