Billing Inspector

• Manage utility and waste administration, including disposal approvals, volume data, and utility bills.
• Handle tenant billing and lifecycle admin, from IFCA data entry and transfers to BAST drafting.
• Analyze tenant utility usage via Excel and Power BI, and support complaint handling.
• Process procurement tasks and manage departmental cash advances in Oracle.
• Prepare operational memos and billing documents for the Finance department.
• Organize archives, including utility meter records, photo logs, and billing recaps.

Requirements:

• Min. Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Management, Administration, Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience (including internships) in administrative roles and field operations, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in basic data management, attention to detail, and familiarity with operational systems (such as IFCA, Oracle, or Power BI) alongside good time-management skills.
• Reside in Karawang or be willing to relocate to Karawang, West Java.
