Billing / Invoicer

Description

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered and products sold.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing and payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Utilize accounting systems and software, including Bill.com, for efficient billing management.
• Willing to start ASAP

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0-2 years (entry-level position for fresh graduates).
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Financial Accounting.
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Reconciliations and Compliance procedures.
• Qualities and Traits: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with accounting software, specifically Bill.com.
