Billing Manager (CDC Wangnoi)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end billing process for logistics, warehousing, manpower, and related services.
• Review and verify billing calculations, customer contracts, service rates, operational costs, overtime (OT), and supporting documents to ensure billing accuracy.
• Ensure invoices are issued and submitted accurately and on time, in accordance with contractual agreements and company policies.
• Perform monthly billing reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies, customer disputes, invoice rejections, and deductions.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and customers to ensure complete and accurate billing information.
• Prepare monthly billing reports, revenue summaries, and billing performance analysis for management.
• Monitor unbilled revenue, billing errors, and potential revenue losses while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Manage, supervise, and develop the billing team, including improving billing procedures and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in billing, invoicing, financial operations, or related functions.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution centers, 3PL, or manpower service billing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, contract review, cost verification, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience handling customer billing disputes, audits, and month-end closing activities.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial or ERP systems.
• Good English communication skills and strong attention to detail.
